HOW MUCH NOTICE DO I NEED TO PLACE AN ORDER?
We generally require 24 – 48 hours’ notice to place an order, however, to ensure that your date is available, as much notice as possible is always recommended.
DO YOUR PLATTERS INCLUDE THE BOARDS TO KEEP?
Most of our platters do not include the board to keep except our 16” board which is included in the price. If you would like to keep the board, please let us know and we can include the cost of this in your order. To return the board, we can pick up the board from you within two days of your order which will incur an additional fee depending on your location.
IS CORPORATE ORDERING AVAILABLE?
Yes, please contact us to discuss your needs.
CAN YOU CATER TO SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?
Yes, we can do gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegetarian. However, if the recipient has a severe allergy, please be aware that we cannot guarantee our products are completely free of traces of gluten and nuts.
CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC TIME FOR DELIVERY?
Our deliveries are made in specific time slots, we will do our best to meet your delivery needs.
Please note that we are not liable if the recipient is not home at the time of delivery. We will notify either the recipient or sender to advise and leave the item in a safe place if available to do so. Unfortunately, redeliveries are not available.

1. Free local delivery from postcode 2153.
2. Delivery charges are calculated depending on location.
3. Pick-up is not available.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept Paypal, Bank Transfer and Credit Card via emailed invoice (credit card transactions incur a 2% surcharge).
RESPONSIBLE CONSUMPTION OF GRAZING BOXES & PLATTERS
Our grazes are freshly made to order and to ensure the most enjoyment, we recommend consuming on the day of delivery.
To enjoy your graze safely, please refrigerate your order until consumption. Contents of the grazes should be kept out of direct sunlight and consumed within four hours of either delivery or when removed from refrigeration.
Leftovers should be refrigerated within two hours or discarded thereafter. Once the box has been delivered, the customer takes full responsibility for food safety and adhering to the guidelines provided.
